      Doreen at least 2 bananas aday is ok for its rich potassium nutrient. So u wouldn’t need to fear if it contains calories or not. Hope I helped in a way

      Banana contains calories just like any other food. It is loaded with nutrients but it is important to eat in moderation when trying to acheive weight loss. Two(2) medium sizes of banana as a snack is recommended. You can have 2 of such snacks a day.
